Our Wellbeing Awards help learners to explore factors that influence personal wellbeing, and to make decisions that contribute to improving personal wellbeing. The Awards encourage learners to look at connections between mental, emotional, social and physical health, and to look at different ideas of health and wellbeing at a personal, community, societal or global level.
