The general aim of this Unit is to develop skills that focus on the use of statisticalideas and valid strategies that can be applied to managing statistics in real-lifecontexts which may be new to the learner. This includes skills in interpreting andanalysing graphs and statistical diagrams, applying skills to the normal distribution,applying statistical skills to data analysis, interpretation and communication anddetermining the equation of linear regression and using it for prediction.
